Anatalie, our Head Encourager and Dream Builder, wanted to bring her southern charm and vintage flair to the east coast by creating an environment that was warm and welcoming to her guests and her team. The salons are a little Texas, a little retro, and a whole lotta love.

Our mission is to provide experiences that empower our guests, team and community.

So if you love the 90s like I do, the decor alone will blow your mind. I've been seeing Pamela since I moved to JC & always have fun with her. She's really helping me grow my hair out. I see her every few months for a trim, or a highlight w/ a fun toner & gloss. You gotta go here!

My biggest regret is not trying out The Hair Room years earlier! After way too many bad color jobs, Covid hit and I went a year and a half without getting any color. My hair was a MESS -- I'm talking about like 3-4 different color situations happening. Someone in a FB group I am in recommended Pamela at The Hair Room and I went to see her and WOW. She is a genius. She really took the time to listen to me and come up with a solution to my mess. I have very curly hair and she did a far better job than the curly salons in the city ever did. I am finally happy with my color, I get compliments all the time, and it's been a month since I saw her and my color looks even better now than when I left the salon! I am looking forward to going back when I need to.

Love Sofia. She is super friendly and is really knowledgeable about hair. When I was explaining to her about my expectations for my hair cut, she took into consideration my hair type and lifestyle to make sure that even after my hair was cut, it would be easy to maintain. After the hair cut, I asked for recommendations for some hair products and she was able to guide me. I'm currently using them and they are working wonders. I absolutely will be coming back once I need a hair cut!

The staff is great, they're so friendly. I came in looking to dye my hair a fun silver lilac color, but had never done something like that before. My hair stylist, Erica, was the nicest! She took time to talk to me about what I was looking for and helped me get the PERFECT hair color.

This was my first time at The Hair Room! A friend recommended it to me and told me she usually goes to Amber but all the other stylish are good as well. So I decided to check them out. I called and made an appointment with Amber. I felt lost about my hair and I wasn't sure what I wanted. But wow, Amber definitely helped me and took care of me! She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and my hair looked amazing after she was done! I don't know much about hair but she gave me suggestions and taught me some stuff. This is my new salon from now on and I'll be coming back for all my hair needs.

What a great find! Love this place - took a leap of faith- and tried something new for my hair & at a new place! Love the location and the entire 'vibe' is so perfect!
